Our systems have lower operating cost & less water consumption resulting from our design experience & utilizing smart water technology. We install both Hunter & Rainbird irrigation systems. Our systems come with a two year parts & labor warranty.
lrrigation Maintenance Program
Our annual maintenance program offers spring startup and fall shut down. In the spring, we install the backflow, program the controller, run the system and adjust sprinkler heads. In the fall, we winterize your system by blowing out the lines and removing the back flow & draining the riser to ensure no pipes freeze.
Aeration & Overseeding 
September through November is the time to revitalize your lawn. We recommend a three step process that includes: Aeration, Overseeding, and Fertilizing. Aeration will improve air, water, and nutrient exchange in the soil and grass roots. Immediately after aerating we overseed with a premium turf grass seed. The third step is to apply a starter fertilizer to give the newly germinated grass a quicker jump start.
